DukaanBoost helps shop owners manage their Google Business Profile. This page explains what data we use and why.

What we collect

Your name and email from Google sign-in; your WhatsApp number, language and reply preferences; and, with your permission, data from your Google Business Profile (business details, reviews, replies, posts and performance statistics).

How we use Google data

We use the Google Business Profile access you grant (scope business.manage) only to show your reviews and statistics in the app, post replies and updates that you approve, and send you alerts. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

AI reply drafts

When you tap “Write reply with AI”, the review text, reviewer first name and your shop name are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to write a draft. Nothing is posted until you tap “Post reply”.

Storage and security

Google refresh tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM). You can disconnect at any time from your Google account settings; ask us to delete your data by writing to support@dukaanboost.in.
